Now part of family-owned Creed Foodservice, we supply customers of every kind – from stylish city hotels to traditional country pubs, and from award-winning restaurants to outside catering firms, educational and care-sector kitchens.



Steve Wheeler, the founder of Mise en Place, now oversees the purchasing on a daily basis from our wide range of carefully chosen suppliers; from local growers, producers and markets, to international shippers in Europe and to the largest food market in the world – Rungis in Paris.



“We believe in sourcing the best quality available whether that’s apples from orchards in Gloucestershire, asparagus from the Vale of Evesham, lemons from Sicily or figs from Turkey. In the world of fresh produce the price has to be balanced with flavour and freshness. We strive to give our customers the best of all worlds”.



In addition to fresh produce and speciality, Mise en place customers now have daily access to the vast array of chilled and frozen foods, grocery, dairy and butchery lines offered through parent company Creed. All delivered on the same multi-temperature Mise en Place vehicles, chefs now have a genuine ‘one-stop shop’ solution, offering a great product range and first class service.
